Vanessa Luna-Rivera, F-NP

Vanessa Luna-Rivera is a proud Latina of Puerto Rican and Honduran heritage and is thrilled to join Middletown FamilyCare as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Master’s degree from William Paterson University in 2024 and is board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Vanessa has nursing experience in the fast-paced emergency department at ChristianaCare and has worked as a Nurse Practitioner helping patients achieve their weight loss goals prior to joining MFC. She has a special passion for guiding patients toward healthier lifestyles and supporting their overall well-being in a holistic, personalized way. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, soaking up the sun at the beach, and cheering on the Miami Dolphins with her husband and two daughters. She is energetic, compassionate, and dedicated, and she looks forward to helping patients feel their best.
